Diaspora Gardens, Isinya project was launched on 15th October 2022. The launch was a success as 80% of the project was sold during the launch. Diaspora Gardens, Isinya consists of 1/8th acre plots selling at Ksh. 500,000.
The plots for sale in Isinya are located only 7km from the busy Isinya town. The plots for sale in Isinya are near the famous Diaspora Hotel and the proposed Isinya Konza bypass.

The price of the Vinatage Gardens phase 1 was Ksh. 300,000. The good part is that the title were processed in only 6 months. It was all smiles for all our Vintage Gardens Phase 1 clients.
