The long awaited day finally arrived. Our clients from Vintage Gardens Phase 1, Kiserian were issued with their free hold title deeds.
During the title deed ceremony, we also launched our Mbuni Gardens Project in Kitengela which was also a success. We managed to sell 50% of the plots.
The price of the Vinatage Gardens phase 1 was Ksh. 300,000. The good part is that the title were processed in only 6 months. It was all smiles for all our Vintage Gardens Phase 1 clients.
